Join Our Team as a Starter Ranger at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort!

Are you passionate about golf and creating memorable experiences for players? We're seeking a Starter Ranger who will warmly welcome and assist golfers, provide valuable information about the course, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable golfing experience. Do you have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of golf rules and etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities positively? In that case, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do:

• Greet golfers with enthusiasm and ensure they feel welcomed to the course.
• Provide information on golf course layout, local rules, and other important details.
• Assist players by securing golf bags in carts, handing out scorecards and pencils, and making sure their experience is top-notch.
• Help players stay on track by reminding them of course etiquette like replacing divots, repairing ball marks, and raking sand traps.
• Stay proactive by reviewing tee sheets and anticipating potential speed of play issues, communicating effectively with the golf shop staff.
• Keep the pace of play in check by politely asking slower groups to speed up, ensuring everyone enjoys their round.
• Maintain a clean, organized Starter’s area so golfers can always expect a welcoming environment.
• Respond to emergencies with care, following safety protocols and providing assistance as needed.
