Koelsch Communities is seeking a full-time Housekeeper at Amber Creek Inn in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves cleaning apartments and common areas, assisting with laundry, and maintaining supply readiness. Day shift from 8AM–4PM with weekend hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Maintain clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors as needed.
• Vacuum, mop, and clean floors routinely and after incidents.
• Sanitize and stock bathrooms in apartments and common areas.
• Perform full cycle laundry for residential and commercial use.
• Dispose of trash, medical waste, and recyclables.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and dispose of them properly.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Housekeeping Department at Amber Creek Inn!

Full-time opportunity!

Earn between $18 and $19/hour, dependent on experience!

Day Shift available! 8AM - 4PM, must be available weekend hours as needed.

Who you are:

You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. This role is responsible for cleaning an assigned number of apartments/rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.

What you'll do:

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures in resident apartments and common areas
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors
• Use a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors, routinely and when incidents occur
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areas
• Perform the full cycle process for both residential and commercial laundry
• Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling
• Mix, properly use, and dispose of cleaning chemicals
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
• Prior experience in a housekeeping and laundry position is a plus
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
