Job summary

Koelsch Communities seeks a dedicated housekeeper for The Hampton and Ashley Inn. This full-time role offers a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with pay between $18 and $18.50 per hour, depending on experience. Clean assigned apartments and common areas, assist with laundry, and support supply readiness.

Strong English communication required; prior housekeeping/Laundry experience a plus. Drug screening and background checks are expected as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience is a plus.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening on hire and routinely.
• Must pass a criminal background check on hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areas.
• Perform the full cycle process for both residential and commercial laundry.
• Discard trash and properly use cleaning chemicals.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Who You Are

You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. This role is responsible for cleaning an assigned number of apartments/rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.

• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a housekeeping and laundry position is a plus
