Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper for a 7:30am–3:30pm shift in North Royalton, OH. The role pays $15.75–$26.50 per hour, full-time.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, welcoming living spaces for residents and supporting a home-like environment. The position requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, a positive attitude, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and pass health and background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing at least 8th grade level with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Health screening by physician within 6 months prior to employment; TB test required.
• Criminal clearance required.

Housekeeper pay range: $15.75 - $26.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:30am to 3:30pm

We are looking for someone (like you)

• Make Each Room a Home: By providing housekeeping services for residents, you make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Be the Master of the Mise en Scène: From behind the scenes, you ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You should be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• You must be criminally cleared.
