Qualifications

• Three years of housekeeping experience in a business or office setting; at least two years at the same facility preferred.
• Ability to routinely lift 10–60 pounds from floor to overhead.
• Must be able to maneuver 20–100 pounds vertically.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid Indiana driver’s license (if driving).
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping duties per standard operating procedures.
• Work weekend duties as assigned (laundry, cleaning, stocking).
• Maintain clean and safe buildings for residents' use.
• Take pride in Damar’s facilities and assigned work areas.
