Oasis at 30th in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time Care Attendant to keep resident apartments and common areas clean, and to welcome residents warmly. This 1st-shift role pays $14.00–$16.00 per hour.

You’ll follow safety protocols, care with love and dignity, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, EAP and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior assisted living experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
