Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full-Time Valet to warmly greet members and guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain an organized valet area. You will ensure guest satisfaction with courteous service in a first-class club environment.

The schedule is 3pm-11:30pm, Wednesday-Sunday with optional Saturdays; Sundays are non-negotiable. Full benefits and professional development opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Previous valet or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized valet area and assist guests.
• Assist guests with belongings, directions, and club information.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and in compliance with club standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the guest experience.
