The role leads a team, develops schedules, monitors quality, and coordinates readiness for events and tournaments in a luxury hospitality environment. Advanced communication skills, supervisory experience, and a commitment to excellence are essential;

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive housekeeping experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in a private club, luxury hospitality, resort, or hotel.
• Experience managing employee performance, training programs, and budgets.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, supervise, and develop housekeeping staff.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability for all team members.
• Conduct evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop schedules and staffing plans for daily operations and events.
• Lead by example and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate readiness for member events, tournaments, and banquets.
• Maintain documentation, inspections, and operational reports.
