Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas at our senior living communities.

You will follow established cleaning procedures and coordinate with nursing staff to support a safe, comfortable living environment. No prior experience is required, and we offer a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 with potential shift differential based on schedule.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary.
• Housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas.
• Adheres to infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides housekeeping services in resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas and other areas as directed.
• Removes dirt, dust, grease, film, etc., from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times.
• Coordinates daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
• Performs isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time Position (80 hours bi-weekly)
• Hour: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm; every other weekend and holiday required
• Pay: $15.50/hour
• This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule.
