Wisteria at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our founding team. This full-time, onsite role keeps residences neat, clean and safe, with daily contact with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general housekeeping in apartments and villas: vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, bed making, cleaning patios.
• Cleans hallways and common areas as directed by supervision.
• Maintains equipment and supplies; keeps custodian closets organized.
• Cleans public areas assigned by supervisor.
• Cleans empty units as assigned by supervisor.
• Cross-trained into Laundry as needed.
• Attends daily shift kickoff and participates in stretches.
• Assists coworkers as needed.
• Protects community property and reports damages.
• Notifies supervisor of issues.
• Interacts professionally with residents and addresses concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned by department director.

The Housekeeper is responsible for making sure that all types of residences within the Community are neat, clean, free from clutter and are safe. Housekeepers generally spend their days interacting with residents while sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning residential kitchens, bathrooms as well as public common areas while adhering to specific directions and schedules.

This is a full time, onsite, position located in Woodland Hills, California.

Compensation: $22.45 per hour.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments and/or villas, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, dusting all cleared flat surfaces, making beds, cleaning patios.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by Director/Supervisor.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition, including custodian closets.
• Maintain public areas assigned by Director/Supervisor.
• Clean empty units as assigned by Director/Supervisor.
• Cross-trained into Laundry as needed.
• Attends daily shift kick off meeting and participates in daily stretches.
• Assist other co-workers as assigned.
• Protects Community property/equipment and makes sure there are no defects.
• Notify supervisors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Observes and notifies supervisor about noticeable changes in a Residents health, demeanor or disposition.
• Other duties as assigned by Department Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively with Residents, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
