Job summary

Excel Care Wilmington is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You'll clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces following infection control and safety standards.

You will work independently and as part of a team, taking pride in attention to detail and timeliness. The role supports a comfortable living environment and aligns with our commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Collect and take out trash to designated disposal areas
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas
• Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
• Respond courteously to resident and staff requests
• Assist with room turnovers and deep cleaning as assigned
