Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain; vacuum, dust, sanitize, and mop common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly, ensuring waste areas are clean and organized.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of shortages or issues.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment.
• Work closely with other staff to ensure the facility is well-maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
