Job summary

Holiday Inn Cincinnati Liberty Way is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest feels at home. You will clean rooms daily, restock supplies, and assist guests with requests, contributing to a welcoming stay.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, on-the-job training, and advancement opportunities within Seva Hospitality. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned rooms within the scheduled shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels and toiletries.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures to brand standards.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Restock in-room supplies such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and stationery.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to the appropriate department promptly.
• Organize the linen closet and restock your cart at the end of each shift to prepare for the next day.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any immediate needs or requests encountered during your shift.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for an entire shift, and bending, pushing, and pulling regularly

• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience preferred but not required
