Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, reporting issues, and assisting with laundry or deep cleaning as needed. Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and work weekends; growth opportunities within IHG are available.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends and some holidays).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest suites (bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms) to Candlewood Suites / IHG standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities, towels, and kitchen supplies.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and clean rooms and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost-and-found items promptly.
• Maintain cleaning carts and equipment in good working order.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning, laundry, or special projects as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests.

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will clean and maintain guest suites and public areas to high brand standards, helping create a welcoming environment for our extended-stay guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest suites (including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms) according to Candlewood Suites / IHG standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities, towels, and kitchen supplies
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and perform general cleaning of rooms and common areas
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost-and-found items promptly
• Maintain cleaning carts and equipment in good working order
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures
• Assist with deep cleaning, laundry, or special projects as needed
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests
