Job Title: Housekeeper

Schedule: Full time; 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Must be able to work every other weekend.

Job Description: The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all areas are kept clean and presentable to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. The Housekeeper works closely with the housekeeping team and reports directly to the Housekeeping Director.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain assigned areas, including residents' rooms, corridors, lobbies, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring they meet established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors regularly to remove dirt, debris, and stains.
3. Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and baseboards, to maintain a clean and attractive appearance.
4. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary.
5. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops, replenishing supplies as needed.
6. Restock housekeeping carts with clean linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
7. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager immediately.
8. Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
9. Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no assistance.
