Responsibilities

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces.
• Prepare rooms for new admissions to ensure they are move-in ready.
• Clean and disinfect furnishings, fixtures, ledges, restrooms, and heating/AC units.
• Handle and distribute clean linens and assist with linen delivery throughout the facility.
• Remove trash and support overall sanitation efforts across the building.
• Assist with stripping and waxing floors as needed.
• Break down and set up areas as needed for cleaning and facility operations.
• Assist with snow shoveling and weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Participate in special cleaning projects and other assigned facility tasks.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks under the direction of the Housekeeping Director.
• Perform physical duties, including lifting up to 75 pounds
