Absolut Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and safe living spaces for residents. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, ensuring infection control and comfort.

The role requires reliability, ability to follow instructions, and good communication with residents and staff. Shifts include weekends and holidays as part of a full-time schedule, with opportunities for growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, compassionate attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies and ensuring they are stocked and sanitary.
• Empty trash and recycle bins and properly dispose of waste.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow infection control procedures and adhere to facility policies and standards.

Job Description

As a housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable for our residents. Your responsibilities will include general cleaning tasks, maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, and assisting with special cleaning projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies and ensuring they are stocked and sanitary.
• Empty trash and recycle bins and properly dispose of waste.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
