Job summary

McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring a part-time Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming spaces for residents. You will clean apartments, common areas, and offices, while delivering friendly service and upholding safety standards.

Previous housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You’ll perform routine housekeeping duties while building meaningful relationships with residents and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and disinfect assigned areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Empty trash, replenish supplies, and ensure all assigned areas are stocked and organized.
• Follow infection prevention practices and proper cleaning procedures to promote resident health and safety.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Adhere to OSHA standards, safety guidelines, and community policies and procedures.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and community events as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
