Job summary

ARK is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas. You will make beds, launder linens, and maintain supply stock while adhering to hotel standards.

Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential to prepare rooms before guest arrivals and to respond to guest inquiries. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional housekeeping or similar role.
• Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobby, corridors and restrooms.
• Prepare guest rooms to hotel standards before guests arrive.
• Document rooms cleaned and report lost items or damages.
• Respond to general inquiries from guests.

Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly
