Job summary

Splendido, a Life Plan Community in Oro Valley, Arizona, seeks a housekeeper to keep resident spaces clean, attractive, comfortable, and safe while engaging with residents.

This full-time, hourly position offers competitive benefits, including PTO, 401(k) with employer contributions, medical/dental/vision plans, and paid parking.

The posted schedule is Sunday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM and Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.

We’re seeking ahousekeeperwhose skills will help keep our beautiful senior living community clean, attractive, comfortable, and safe. More than a cleaner, you’ll interact with residents to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness of our community. This position is full-time, hourly, with the following schedule: Sunday: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM, Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00PM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs a variety of tasks which provide and maintain the cleanliness and safety of resident common areas and rooms/homes.
• Sanitize, vacuum, dust and perform trash removal, and maintain a clean, stocked housekeeping cart and closet.
• Coordinates daily housekeeping services with housekeeping management.
• Competently operates various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical.
• Recognizes and promptly reports maintenance problems and unsafe acts or conditions.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies are low and demonstrates responsibility for the conservation of supplies, chemicals, equipment, and utilities.
