Blakehurst is a Life Plan Community in Towson, MD seeking Housekeepers to maintain clean and presentable Health Center and Independent Living areas. The role requires dedicated attention to safe cleaning practices and following supervisor priorities.

Position:Housekeeper Full-Time Shifts Available

Schedule:Full-time 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday including every other weekendwithin our Comprehensive Care Unit

Full-time 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends, No Holidays) within our Independent Living

Pay:$15.75 - $17.75/ hour based on years of experience

Blakehurst is seekingHousekeepersto join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining the clean and presentable appearance of the Health Center and/or Independent Living Apartments & Common Areas.

Primary Responsibilities Comprehensive Care Unit:

• Performs general housekeeping duties in the Health Center, such as resident rooms, restrooms, beauty shop, offices and all common areas.
• Follows infection control policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities Independent Living Apartments:

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, changing bed linen, dusting, trash removal, floor care and other duties as assigned.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
