Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.55/hr

Minimum qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Effective communication in English with employees and residents
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
• Ability to retain up to four orders at a time
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping Responsibilities: Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning common areas, and maintaining resident apartments (e.g., cleaning, linens, mattress turning, waste disposal). Perform deep cleaning as needed, follow sanitation procedures, and launder linens.
• Server Responsibilities: Greet residents and guests, take orders, serve meals, assist with storage and delivery, clear tables, and perform side work like replenishing supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
