Job summary

ECH - Elizabethtown Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to clean patient, public, clinical and administrative areas, ensuring a safe, sanitary environment in a responsive manner. Shift is Evening-8Hr from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM with every-other weekend needs.

The role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 at start, $500 after six months) and requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and basic math for chemical mixing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write well and lift 50 pounds is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is desirable.
• Related experience in cleaning and health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service patient, public, clinical and administrative areas maintaining an attractive appearance.
• Move furniture, equipment and supplies in and around the Hospital.
• Maintain the Hospital in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition.

Moves furniture, equipment and supplies in and around the Hospital. Performs a variety of Housekeeping duties to maintain the Hospital in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition.
