Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean resident rooms and common areas in a skilled nursing facility. You will support a safe, comfortable environment under supervision.

Shifts are 9:00a-6:00p or 8:00a-4:00p, full-time. Wage is $15.00-$16.00 per hour, based on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in high school or GED guidance provided by the program.
• One year of experience in a medical or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and interior/exterior community areas.
• Provide efficient laundry delivery services.
• Maintain a healthy, safe environment following health and infection-control policies.
• Follow policies and procedures set by administration.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• One (1) year experience in a medical or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 9:00a - 6:00p or 8:00a - 4:00p
• Wage: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, Based on Experience
