Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room preps and cleanings, meeting labor standards, and maintaining public areas.
• Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to guests to meet their needs and increase revenue.
• Assist with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure security of property and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
