Position: Housekeeper - Hohenwald, Tennessee

ELS is hiring for the position of Housekeeper in Hohenwald, Tennessee.

What you'll do:

Our housekeepers ensure that our resorts are clean and tidy to provide our guests with a five-star experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Cleaning cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness and standards in rentals and common areas.
• Tracking cleaning supply inventory and requesting refills as needed.
• Reporting maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assisting maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Cleaning up after resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Responding to guest inquiries professionally and promptly, with patience and concern.
• Resolving guest-related issues and conflicts positively.
• Driving a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with management to ensure effective communication and team coordination.
• Providing outstanding customer service.

Experience & Skills Needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
