White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper and guest room attendant to ensure every room and public area meets premium standards. You will clean, sanitize, restock and prepare rooms to create a welcoming experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred; training available.
• Strong guest focus and ability to deliver a clean, welcoming room.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housekeeping service in guest rooms and suites.
• Clean and sanitize rooms and bathrooms to premium standards.
• Strip and replace linens, dust, vacuum, and restock supplies.
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts and workflow.
• Self-inspect rooms and report status to supervisor.
• Follow safety standards and support a safe hotel environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests — anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards — ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
• Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred — one year preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
• Strong guest focus and customer service skills — you take pride in delivering a clean, welcoming hotel room experience every time
• Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining premium hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Motivation and initiative to bring your best self to every shift in a fast‑paced hotel housekeeping environment
• Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign‑off
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
