Century Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide/Housekeeper for weekend-only shifts. The role focuses on maintaining clean, sanitary locations and delivering friendly, professional service to guests and staff.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping experience, preferably in a health care setting. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is expected.

As a professional Housekeeper on our team, you'll take pride in cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of our locations to help keep our guests happy and healthy. Integrity and attention to detail are also two must-have tools that you keep in your cleaning case.
1. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires demonstrated knowledge and ability in food service preparation and clean up. Verbal and written English communication skills. Position requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, walking, stooping, lifting, stretching, moving heavy items, and lifting/ carrying up to 50 pounds.
2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Experience: Previous work experience in housekeeping preferred. Previous experience in the health care industry is ideal
4. Certificate/Licenses: Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.

Inspects and uses judgment in determining which cleaning techniques outlined in orientation guidelines to follow.
Demonstrates efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions as observed by supervisor.
May disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
Diligently employs universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous Ability to respond effectively to changing demands
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
