Job summary

Brookdale is hiring a housekeeping professional in Tampa to maintain clean and safe resident spaces, including apartments, common areas, and restrooms. You will perform floor care, dusting, trash removal, waxing, and disinfecting tasks to uphold Brookdale's high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort.

The role includes responding to room emergencies, logging activities, and engaging with residents and guests in a courteous manner, contributing to a welcoming, home-like community

Responsibilities

• Housekeepers clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces. Cleaning can include vacuuming, shampooing and deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.
• Respond to resident room emergencies, and log cleaning activities as required.
• Housekeepers also interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
