Job summary

Brookdale in Odessa, TX is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas. You will perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, trash removal, waxing and disinfecting to create a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

As part of the team, you will respond to room emergencies, log activities, and interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner while upholding Brookdale's standards of care and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and disinfecting spaces.
• Ability to follow safety and health guidelines.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program.

• Housekeepers clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces. Cleaning can include vacuuming, shampooing and deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.
• Respond to resident room emergencies, and log cleaning activities as required.
• Housekeepers also interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
