Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean resident apartments, restrooms and common areas within a senior living community.

You will perform floors, dusting, trash removal, mopping, waxing and disinfecting tasks, with the opportunity to vacuum, shampoo carpets and deodorize surfaces as needed. Emphasis on friendly interactions with residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and cleaning protocols.
• Ability to interact with residents in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Desire to contribute to a clean, safe living environment.

Responsibilities

• Housekeepers clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces.
• Cleaning can include vacuuming, shampooing and deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.
• Respond to resident room emergencies, and log cleaning activities as required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program.
