New Perspective Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the community and laundry areas, helping residents enjoy life and stay active.

In this role you will contribute to a homelike atmosphere, collaborate with the care team, and participate in programs that support residents’ well-being. We offer flexible scheduling, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to make decisions and act in residents' best interest.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas, vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; pick up outside garbage.
• Work in cooperation with all team members to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
• Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, tidy throughout the day, and eliminate trip hazards.
• Adhere to safety program and proper handling/storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Deliver hospitality and excellent service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Ensure an attractive home environment that fosters engagement and purposeful living.
