Springfield Villa in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our team. You will perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent), reliable scheduling, and the ability to operate commercial laundry equipment. Experience in healthcare housekeeping is preferred. Benefits include health insurance, vacation, and 401(k).

Qualifications

Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping duties in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Housekeeper Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
