Job summary

Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in South Hadley, MA is seeking a dedicated housekeeping/laundry aide to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and respond to cleaning tasks with a strong work ethic and teamwork.

We offer daily pay option, a family-friendly environment, and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO. Must be available every other weekend and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule.
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested.
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred).
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details.
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms.
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment.
