Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, floors).
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and remove dust, dirt, and debris from walls and fixtures.
• Empty trash, sweep and mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
• Follow safety protocols and proper chemical storage.
• Operate cleaning equipment and keep carts and storage areas neat.
• Report safety concerns and notify leadership when supplies are low.
