Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of our apartment complex. Responsibilities include keeping common areas, unit turns, hallways, offices, and shared spaces clean and presentable.

Qualified candidates will have housekeeping or similar experience, be able to work independently, and demonstrate attention to detail and customer service. The role emphasizes safe handling of cleaning supplies and physical stamina for tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Proven housekeeping, janitorial, or similar role experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, organized spaces.
• Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor with residents and teammates.
• Knowledge of safe handling and usage of cleaning products and equipment.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust in common areas and hallways.
• Clean and maintain entryways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
• Restock supplies in designated areas.
• Notify management of maintenance issues in common areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Assist with cleaning needs in vacant apartments as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address cleaning-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas and hallways.
• Clean and maintain entryways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces to ensure they are tidy and welcoming.
• Restock supplies, such as paper products and cleaning supplies, in designated areas.
• Notify management of any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed in the common areas.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Assist with cleaning needs in vacant apartments or units as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and promptly address any cleaning-related concerns or requests.
