Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to prepare clean, comfortable guest rooms and ensure hotel standards are met daily. The role requires staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in visible results.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience preferred.
• We are happy to train the right person.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, refresh, and prepare guest rooms for arriving and staying guests.
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linens.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and room surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors, rugs, and entry areas.
• Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain an organized supply of linens and cleaning products.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
• Report damages and safety issues as needed.
• Interact with guests professionally and courteously.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you'll play an important role in creating the experience our guests remember. You'll be responsible for preparing clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms while making sure every detail meets our hotel's standards.

This is a hands‑on, active position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in seeing the results of their work each day.

Pay: $20.74 per hour

What You'll Do

• Clean, refresh, and prepare guest rooms for arriving and staying guests

• Report damages, maintenance concerns, safety issues, and lost‑and‑found items
• Respond professionally and courteously when interacting with guests
• Work alongside the Housekeeping TEAM to ensure rooms are ready efficiently and on time

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a TEAM
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
