Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room cleaning exceeding standards while meeting labor time standards.
• Assist guests with hotel amenities and services to enhance their experience and revenue.
• Support laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow emergency procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality housekeeping preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
