Fairview Health Services is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) in downtown St. Paul.

The role involves performing housekeeping duties across resident areas, maintaining cleanliness of rooms, restrooms, and common spaces, and replenishing supplies as needed. The schedule includes 32 hours every two weeks with a day shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm, and alternating Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends can be picked up.

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs housekeeping duties including vacuuming, changing mop heads, and using wet floor signs.
• Maintains housekeeping cart and closet; replenishes supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Cleans public areas, resident rooms, and restrooms; cleans drinking fountains and glass surfaces.
• Empties and washes waste baskets; assists with spills and grounds cleanup as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including room changes and assisting with events.

Job Overview

Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) serves seniors with long-term, transitional, and dementia care needs in the heart of downtown St. Paul. As part of Fairview's Community Health and Wellness Hub, EICR is committed to delivering innovative, collaborative care. The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub opened in 2022 to deliver a variety of services to the community—from primary and mental health care to enrichment options for seniors, food access programs, and community gathering spaces. The Hub brings Fairview services together with local organizations—including Minnesota Community Care and Sanneh Foundation—to make it easier for people to access what they need to be well.

The Housekeeper position performs all housekeeping duties consistent with the assignment sheet. Position may also be responsible for processing house linen and personal clothing. This position also processes all vendor linen, including stocking exchange carts and checking inventory.

Schedule includes;

• 32 hours every two weeks ; part time
• Day shift (Hours - 7:30am - 4:00pm)
• Schedule: Every other Wednesday, Every other Friday, Every other weekend shifts can be picked up

Responsibilities

• Performs housekeeping duties:
• Vacuums
• Changes water bucket or mop head as trained
• Uses wet floor signs
• Maintains housekeeping cart and closet
• Replenishes supplies – soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Cleans tile/walls, windows, and glass doors
• Ensures chemicals are locked up
• Cleans public areas, resident rooms, and restrooms:
• Cleans drinking fountains with disinfectant
• Replenishes supplies – soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Vacuums carpets
• Empties and washes waste baskets with disinfectant when needed
• Assists with emergency spills as needed
• Maintains clean linen carts
• Assists with grounds cleanup when requested
• Performs other duties as assigned. This may include but is not limited to:
• Room changes
• Cleaning wheel chairs
• Assisting with special events
