Job summary

Lake St. Charles Independent Living and Assisted Living Community in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a mature, positive Housekeeper.

The role involves cleaning patient bathrooms, rooms and hallways, and following established schedules while ensuring safe handling of cleaning chemicals. The successful candidate must be on their feet 7-8 hours daily, be able to lift heavy objects, and interact tactfully with patients, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Mature, positive attitude and self-motivation are required.
• Must be able to deal tactfully with patients, families, staff and visitors.
• Ability to stand 7–8 hours daily and to lift heavy objects.
• Comfort with using standard cleaning chemicals and following safety guidelines.
• Duties include cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways and equipment.

Housekeeper for award winning Lake St Charles Independent Living and Assisted Living Community

Lake St. Charles is an award winning Independent Living and Assisted Living Community located in Saint Charles, MO. We sit on 13 private acres and have over 175 apartments. We are looking for a mature, positive, self-motivated Housekeeper. This person must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees and visitors. The qualified applicant for this position must be able to be on feet 7-8 hours a day, lift heavy objects and work with standard cleaning chemicals. Duties include:

• cleaning patient bathrooms
• emptying garbage cans
• cleaning patient rooms, hallways, walls, furniture and equipment
• following established cleaning schedules
• other duties as assigned
