Job summary

BSR REIT is seeking a Housekeeper in Richmond, TX to maintain the appearance of our community grounds and perform assigned duties. This full-time role operates on day shift with hourly compensation and a high school education requirement.

The Housekeeper will handle make-ready cleaning, keep common areas tidy, manage cleaning supplies, and assist with debris removal and notices to residents as needed. EOE M/F/D/V.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or technical school preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the office, club room, fitness center, models and common areas neat, clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.

Currently, BSR is searching for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper will maintain the appearance of company grounds and perform other duties as assigned.
