Job summary

BSR REIT is hiring a Groundskeeper for immediate opening at our Houston, TX property. The role focuses on maintaining grounds and common areas to uphold a high standard of curb appeal and safety for residents.

The position is full-time, day shift, with education level of High School. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401k with employer match, and paid holidays. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Groundskeeper – Immediate Opening

Currently, BSR has an immediate opening for a Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper will maintain the appearance of company grounds and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for the following:

• maintain grounds and common areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Assist in picking up debris from property and delivering notices to residents
