Job summary

Hampton-By-Hilton is seeking organized, self-motivated Housekeepers to join our TEAM. You will maintain cleanliness and provide attentive service, delivering a positive guest experience with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Full-time positions are benefits eligible; you should be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and prior hotel experience is ideal but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and self-motivated with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent English communication skills; reading and writing.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and arranging guest rooms.
• Washing dirty bedding, clothing, and linen.
• Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supplies inventory.
• Dusting furniture and fixtures; polishing surfaces.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks.
• Vacuuming carpets, doormats, and rugs.
• Report breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!


• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays


• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs


• Able to stand and walk for extended periods


• Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation


• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently


• Bi‑lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus

$16.50/hour
