Job summary

Park Manor Ltd in Park Falls, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time feeding assistant trainee to support residents with meals and perform daily housekeeping tasks. The role emphasizes infection prevention and clean, safe environments in a Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Facility.

Training will be provided for feeding assistant responsibilities; successful candidates will assist with meals and maintain stringent infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Receive feeding assistant training to aide in mealtime assistance to residents.
• Ability to follow infection prevention and control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection prevention and control procedures
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevator, stairways, and other work areas to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Clean floors by sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping
• Removal of garbage and infectious waste and ensure proper disposal
• Clean vacant rooms as assigned
• Clean and disinfect equipment
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
