Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility.

You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, sanitize common areas, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while providing friendly service to residents and staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a positive attitude; previous housekeeping preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work around cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
