Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will provide reliable cleaning services and adhere to infection control policies to support residents and staff.

This on-site role offers hands-on training, benefits information, and ongoing support to help you deliver quality service and a positive resident experience in every shift.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and guests.
• Able to follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
