You will work 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM in a small, resident-centered facility, supporting team members and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Knows how to sweep, dust mop, and mop floors.

• Knows how to follow cleaning guidelines.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies are low.
• Keeps Housekeeping carts clean and in good working order.
• Properly stores equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Keeps a log of areas that are cleaned.
• Reports any mechanical or equipment condition to supervisor.
• Reports any questionable resident conditions to supervisor.
• Follow and maintain infection control guidance.

Join the Mill Creek Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation team as a Housekeeper! We are a small, resident-centered and quality-focused skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center seeking compassionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and equipment. You will play an essential role in ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role includes potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and bodily fluids consistent with a healthcare setting, and requires working around residents who may have communicable conditions, while following all infection control and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
