Meadowlake Estates in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the facility.

You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and offices, follow infection control standards, and support resident health and comfort. The role includes responding to spills, preparing rooms for admissions, and adhering to safety procedures while respecting resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry operations preferred.
• Previous laundry, housekeeping, environmental services, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain sanitary conditions throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and proper disposal of waste according to facility procedures.
• Replenish housekeeping and restroom supplies as needed.
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment and properly use cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Prepare resident rooms for new admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond promptly to spills, environmental hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized housekeeping carts, closets, equipment, and supply areas.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, belongings, and personal space while performing assigned duties.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or resident concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules, checklists, and other required documentation.
• Perform deep cleaning and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
