Job summary

Rolling Greens Village in Ocala, FL, is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean rental units and communal facilities. You will perform spring cleaning, clean public buildings, and support Cove Communities’ policies while delivering guest-focused service. Evening or weekend shifts may be required to meet department needs.

Reliable transportation and physical stamina are essential to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and withstand long periods on your feet.
• Must be able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision and possess strong organizational skills.
• Evening and weekend work may be required based on department needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
• Performs spring cleaning of all rental units, bath houses and public areas.
• Cleans public buildings including bathhouses: all fixtures, floors, walls.
• Empties trash containers in all public buildings including bathhouses.
• Ensures area adjacent to bathhouse is free from litter.
• Reports rental unit issues to the service department in a timely manner.
• Cleans rental units on check out days as assigned.
• Responsible for off-season cleaning of rental units as assigned.
• Supports and follows Cove Communities policies at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Description

This position will be at our Rolling Greens Village property. Our Housekeepers contribute directly to providing the best rental experience for our guests by ensuring a clean and well-appointed rental unit and community facilities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to both our internal and external guests
• Performs spring cleaning of all rental units, bath houses and public areas.
• Cleans public buildings including bathhouses: all fixtures, floors, walls.
• Empties trash containers in all public buildings including bathhouses.
• Ensures area adjacent to bathhouse is free from litter.
• Reports rental unit issues to the service department in a timely manner. (DEPENDING ON PROPERTY)
• Cleans rental units on check out days as assigned.
• Responsible for off-season cleaning of rental units as assigned.
• Supports and follows Cove Communities policies at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.
