General Summary

This position is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the office, building, and factory.

Major Responsibilities

• Walking buildings each morning to identify & clean anything missed by night crew, including bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
• Communicating issues with Office Manager/Office Coordinator, Night Crew Supervisor, or Operations Manager.
• Restocking bathroom dispensers, paper supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels), and kitchen supplies.
• Cleaning and maintaining supplies in janitorial closets.
• Preparing beverages like coffee, juices, and special drinks.
• Cleaning refrigerators, conference rooms, and performing spot cleaning as needed.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Emptying garbage cans daily.
• Performing special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Some ability to speak and understand English.

Additional Information

The expected base salary ranges from $18.50/hr, based on skills, experience, education, and organizational factors.
